Don book this hotel if ur visiting the city..it is 20kms out ad it takes .30hrs to drive to the city..
This hotel must be under 4star rating oly.agoda rates as 5star
And in the breAk fast ..same food items for all the days...no change in menu in all lunch and dinner too...
Wifi is very very slow...

Comfortable rooms with modern setting, well kept and maintained.
Excellent indian food (one of the best I've had in India , I chose vegeterian), excellent indian breakfast too (choice and quality.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel that met all the needs!

When I first arrived, it was quite late around 2am so it was good that staff was there to greet and take our luggage as it was a very long flight from Canada. I had a decent sized room with Queen bed. Only downfall on day 1 that room faced the street. So asked next day to change rooms and got a somewhat quieter space, except for barking dogs till 1am but I remind myself, this is India.
From hotel standpoint, it was exceptional. The staff in all areas from check in, to office/admin to cleaning area, restaurant and bar, all were hospitable and kind. I really loved the room as it felt like a second home considering I was dealing with personal matters, so from the bustle of traffic, just wanted to come back, take a hot shower and relax with a glass of vino, which was available. Good selection from Sula (local Indian) to Chilean.
Loved the breakfast as it was hot and had selections of masala dosas, idlys to eggs and bacon, what a combo! And freshly squeezed juices.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The gardens, Laghbagh are worth seeing. Pick up some fresh jasmine along the way. Try the coconut waters, a must. Shopping, there's malls which are decent and went to the Metro for cool shoes and handbags reasonably priced. Also for mens and ladies suits, liked KOCH and their sister chain for men.

Nice hotel but a bit far away from the action

it's 1 hour away from the airport by car

What i saw in the internet is what was in reality. Staff are good and hotel is clean. Breakfast was great. Problem is this hotel is far away from the city and airport and takes lots of time to go to city centre, added with very bad traffic. But gives a relaxation factor without much sound of city traffic.
