We book the hotel according to the location describe. We wanted a one night stay near the airport and according to the description it's 20 minutes drive. We ended up driving for 2 hours and its was not any where near the airport.

I managed to sat in the room with smoking balcony which is good for smokers. The traffic noise is filtered so it is pretty quiet and cosy to sleep through at night. Except for my colleague who stay in one room with the bathroom, which has the wall collapsed with one hole seeing the pipeline. Advice for them is to upkeep their rooms conditions and maintain them so their standards is uniformly good or improving.

Big luxury room for local standard
Very convenient staff, large & comfortable bed, tv cable.

I was surprisingly welcome by the staff calling me by my name.
Room clean, large, great bathroom with large bath and shower, lots of pressure end not water.
Ac is working properly and good tv capable.
All services were ok.
The breakfast offer Indian and continental one.
The staff is good, eager to provide you with a great experience.
I have my air ticket printed there.
A responsible attitude from the staff was to recommend me not to leave the hotel during a national strike to avoid being hurt by rioters.
The only disappointment was when I order a taxi for the airport, pushed their owner service and obviously more expensive than regular taxi, offered in a small ACish car...
Overall good place to stay.
Travel tip:
Do take the airport taxi meter , they are brand new, fast, knows the town and they are as effective as it could be.
It was the cheapest way to get downtown. Take Meru taxi on the way back to the airport.
Tuktuk are brand new to with working meter and insist to turn it on.

Good hotel, great ambience

this is a great hotel with a centralized location. hotel ambience is very pleasant and looks very nice in the night. it is located in the midst of a popular locality with many restarants and dining places. their staff is hospitable. maintainence is good since the ambience is all white. the hotel is fairly priced but works even more cheaply when booked through agoda which was highly satisfying.

Staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Hotel is in a good location in Indira Nagar.
Did not like the presence of Mattresses by the elevator. Spoilt the look of the place. The upkeep could be a tad better

Herbs and spices at the intersection of 80f road and 12th (2min walk from the hotel) is amazing

rooms are large, a bit tacky but overall nice. main drawback is the location, really close to nowhere of interest. extensive food menu (also 24 h room service), and it tastes decent. no beer in the minibar of on the room service menu.
