We enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff who were always at hand to assist and made our stay comfortable. The room was spacous and the view from our room was excellent which made us feel relaxed. Room service was efficient so was laundry The only disadvantage was the poor internet service in the room.

The hotel has nice lobby and dining hall is nice as well. I arrived early and checked out early. The staff let me check in early without extra fee. The carpet in the room looks somewhat dirty, and needs cleaning. Also, the hotel should update TV to flat screen TV. Currently, it has old CRT TV.

Its a good hotel, I was there for 3 nights as a business traveller however I don't think it is 5star hotel because it doesn't have fiver star hotel equipment i.e they don't have LCD tv.. it just old model TV. They have to put more furniture to improve as five star. Also Air conditioned not enough because Bangalore really hot and need really heavy AC. Otherwise staff's are really friendly and polite, amazing staff.

I was surprised with the level of service. There's certainly an influence from Thai hotels if you look at the service and furnishing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly maintained, but could use a renovation. The security is very good and attentive. All cars and luggage are screened. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, except for the doughnuts, but that's unhealthy anyway. There's free WiFi with reasonably good speed. However it gets very slow during peak times. This is probably related to Bangalore and has nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels provided and hot water non stop. One little con is the souvenir shop on lobby level held by kashmiri/pakistani people. They tend to annoy the guests and are being very rude. One Italian guest almost got involved in a hand to hand battle. Their shop is overlooking the restaurant providing continuous opportunity to stare at you while you're eating. The evening buffet is very good but overpriced. They could cut the rate down by half.
