Lovely Hotel, Great for a stopver

hotel was lovely, upgraded to deluxe room with balcony out to road in front so able to watch all sorts of comings and goings. food choice limited but ok and staff were very helpful and attentive.
about 30kms from airport which took around 45 minutes.

Hotel stay was comfrtable and pleasant.Staff very helpful.Resturant and bar very good.Hotel management excellant.Eventhough it was advertised as close to airport it is still 30 mins away by taxi.It is on main road but no shops close by which is negative side.It has good size pool with kids section.

Bad experience with Room registration

We had reserved hotel room.. Unfortunately by mistake we reserved single occupancy. Our request was to upgrade to Double occupancy and we would pay the rate difference. $50 was for single and $60 for double. The hotel managment wanted us to reserve another single room ($50 + $50) instead of upgrade to existing reservation (double = $60). More than 1 hr was spent and they were simply looking to make extra money. I was sick and my son was so sleepy but they didnt consider humanitarian aspects. All they cared was for getting extra bucks. They wanted us to dispute and simply dropped us cold. It was bad experience with customer service since it was seemed unprofessional and not up to mark... The room bath water was not hot to satisfying level. The front desk standards are very low.

Nice hotel which is close to the airport (Around 40 mins) with very good service. The morning breakfast which is complimentary is not much, and I've already written about the problem I faced with regard to the allocation of rooms when I stayed there a week earlier.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check different categories of rooms before staying in the kind you paid for, they have a tendency to downgrade you without informing you.

The property is a good one, amd I stayed on the night of 26/27 November and again on 3rd/4th December. Booked a suite on both occassions and definitely charged the same rate. However, got the suite only on my second stay there, and wouldn't have knownm about it if I hadn't stayed twice. Very good staff, service and all, but this kind of cheating was unexpected. Maybe Agoda can look into it and see if I can get a refund?!?

Make sure you're getting the kind of room you pay for, might be a good idea to see the different rooms and then sty in the kind you pay for.

Deplorable service

The room was ok but the service was deplorable!
We agreed that I was able to check in earlier and then I was asked for additional money.
Breakfast was very poor.
For lunch I wanted some grilled fish so I was recommended a dish that was not in the menu. Instead of grilled fish I was given fried fish and at a price that was double the one I was told, just unbelievable!!!
The gym is poorly equipped and no one was there to assist so if I had an accident no one could have helped me out, very unsafe!!!

On arrival reception wanted the 'voucher' ( never been asked this before)wifi was fine in reception/resturant but not in the room.Over all this hotel was very over priced.The hotel was empty (we were the only guest)

Close to the airport and yet quiet

Very new hotel, while some reviewed that it wasn't finished, we had no problem with it, the only thing I didn't see that was advertised was the swimming pool, and it doesn't mean it wasn't there, just that I didn't ask or see it. We wanted something quiet and close to the airport and we got that, plus it was a great place for my young daughter as they had some space for her to play. Very good if you need a place to rest before or after flying from Bangalore.
Restaurant was good, fine for what we needed.
