The room was clear but we taking the non aircord room is very hot so have to open windown but alot mosquito come in to the room and bite me. This area is near the factory side and arroud was very poor india family which staying is dusty , not safe to walk this area you only can stay at room at night and noisy because tge alarm big clock next to hotel was every 1 hour remimder. Transport was expensive move arround changes 200 rp per trip and location hard to find . If you going to paid so much transoort fees. Should consider stay At mg road move around and everything is around and happening clear area and all thibgs are arroubd

We booked an executive room but did not get any priviledge. Service was very poor, room was dirty and noisy ,could not sleep,shower cabin very dirty,drainage problem, language problem, tv was not working in room, there was no towel in room had to call reception everytime. Hotel needs renovation!!

This hotel is at good city location , if you are looking for value for money. But, my issues is that for the hotel, the maintenance is extremely poor. I had to change my room because its AC condition . The restaurent is of decent quality and the complimentary breakfast is good.

Don't be fooled by the font this is not a Sheraton

Rundown looking. Terrible stain on my sheets and headboard. Breakfast lackluster. Shower stall dirty. Over priced. Elevator interiors look like freight elevators. This hotel has seen better days, but the staff was nice and it is in a great location.

The location is about the only good thing about this hotel. Almost on MG Road and Brigade Road for shopping and restaurants. The rooms were a disgrace. Musty and non functional. There was no hot water in the nights. Housekeeping had to be requested to clean the room. Room service crockery has a lot to be revamped. Cracked saucers were sent to the room with unmatched cups. The breakfast buffet was appaling. No variety at all. All in all a very down grade hotel with no class or style.

This is a good budget hotel having the advantage of it being located at M.G. Marg i.e. main city centre.
You can enjoy a good south India breakfast. The staff is courtious.

From when we entered this hotel it was a disaster. The air conditioner wasnt working, the safe was broken, the only lights they had in the room was the 2 side table lamps, when asked why the lights werent working we were told the light globes are taken out to save money. There was no bar fridge (very hot days) when we asked for one they did bring us one and places it on a tall chest or drawers. Everything we ordered from room service we had to pay cash because they dont run accounts and dont take credit cards.. are we not in the year 2013??? This hotel is a joke...
