good ,small hotel but can be improved.

easy approach to cultural destinations

good location but the state of the room unsatisfactory. hot water was never available when needed. air con was not effective. refrigerator n ot functioning. on being informed it began to work but the liquid in bottles turned to ice. furniture and furnishings can be improved. the number of times we had to call reception to complain the above defects made us and reception uinhappy.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: this was the only redeeming feature, being located close to the venues offering cultural events.

Very uncomfortable rooms. AC not working well. Management refused to accept th Agoda voucher. They wanted agoda to call the hotel on a sunday morning to confirm that hotel bill will betaken care off. A night marish experience.
