Better than I expected.
Close to airport, airport pickup and drop, transit rates

Was actually surprised that the hotel was as comfortable as it was. I was transiting through Chennai. The hotel had a transit plan from 6am to 9pm. Was perfect timing. Only problem is they do not have a night transit plan. I arrive back at midnight and have a flight the next morning. I had to book the room for a full day.

Air port pickup was on time, friendly and helpful staff and value for money.

This hotel is located near the airport. So travelling to the airport to take early morning
flight is convenient. This hotel provides hotel transfer. The rooms are ok with all the facilities. We enjoyed my 1 night stay there and staff are also helpful and cooperative. Agoda did not fail me.

Convenient hotel for short overnight airport stop

My stay was very short (between late night arriving flight and early morning departure), hotel was convenient for that. Hotel provided free airport transfer both ways,no hassles, staff were efficient. Hotel was simple but clean.

Only advantage is closer to airport. I stay in this hotel very often ( 5 times in last 10 months). I see the service standard is going downhill in every stay. Pl reconfirm your hotel vouchers. Most of the times they ask you to pay more money even you paid full money

A Nightmare Hotel, some of the staff is hostile

By the time I left the hotel I was totally drained of all happiness and joy of life.
Our bad experience started after we landed in Chennai, nobody from the hotel was there, twice they called they are on the way, our details of arrival at 5 pm was confirmed and reconfirmed by them. Reception was a bad experience too, we kept listening to their solving their problems over the phone while we were waiting like dummies at the front desk. The gate man and porter were normal. The hotel looked clean and nice but after being in the loud AC for we felt choked with a soap taste in our mouth, we did not use the AC anymore and opened part of the door and used the fan. The bar in the basement was packed we managed to get a place and the restaurant was not much busy. I normally sleep well but here had nightmares and could not rest. One of us had a morning flight so the staff had said they will send coffee and toast at 6:15 am. We got a call to come down to the restaurant for coffee, they served two coffees. My friend left and I came back to the Hotel. At 8 am went for breakfast, the man in the restaurant said I can’t have breakfast. I have to pay again if I take anything, he was talking in an insulting tone. I went to the reception and said what was happening. The reception told him to let me have breakfast, I came back to the restaurant and I served myself some rice mixture, I could not eat in this hostile environment so horrible was his moaning and groaning, I just wanted to get out, so the very next minute I went to my room took my bag and left.

Good hotel within 5min from the airport!
Clean, spacy rooms, good wifi-ideal for a 1night stopover!
