Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I was very unhappy with the first room I was offered, but was immediately upgraded to a very comfortable, quiet room. The 24-hour check-in was great for me as I arrived mid-morning. The WIFI was good. The night staff were very friendly and helpful, but, during the day, I felt the staff were very slow to respond to my requests. I had an issue with my TV that never really got sorted out, and using the safe in the room was complicated and I never managed to use it. Breakfast was good, but I was disappointed that they ran out of some items an hour before the end of the breakfast session. On my first night, I was concerned about my bed sheets and considered one of them to be too stained; this problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the night staff and my sheets were changed immediately. The hotel is quite close to the central train station, and it was easy to hop on buses to get around the city, or get a taxi or autorickshaw. You get a newspaper delivered to your room in the morning, which I appreciated.

i stay here for 3 night with my cousin,they have guud room, clean, nice people who can help u many times, have free breakfast for guest, wifi in room 24 hours, the restourant here have guud menu, guud taste, i like this so much, this place guud location, near central chennai, u can go to beach ( with tuk-tuk ), skywalk, traditional market, and everywhere, if u like walking u can do that here coz this place in guud area,. aniway i enjoy stay here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
restaurant in this hotel very guud, u need to try this cheap also..

hotel was nice to stay, nicely located with courteous staff attending to the needs as needed. Rooms were clean and good. Air conditioner was working well....well, there were no specific problems... enjoyed the stay!!

Staff were great, hotel was great, location was great (right near train station and walking distance to many things) free in-house wi-fi, nice and clean, good restaurant and good food, good price for all of the above - no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel has a 24-hour check-in policy which is great. i.e. you check in at 5.00 pm, your check-out time is 5.00 pm next day.
