Basically, the hotel service standard are good and all the staff are very friendly, foods serve in the hotel are also reasonably good and fast. Room are spacious and clean with nice ambience.
Travel tip:
do be mindful if you exposed too much of your skin as mosquitos are aplenty in public areas of Hotel lobby, lounges but if you fully cloth is fine.

Stayed there for 3 nights for business visit at Chennai. Nice and clean hotel. Impressed with the deco and interior of the hotel. However, got problem with Agoda booking. Request for smoking and twin bed room. However, get king size bed with non-smoking room. Manage to get twin bed. But, need to smoke in the toilet. Others,satisfied...
Shopping Tip:
Recommended to use Autos instead of hotel car. Damn expensive compare to services.
