Can't comment anything about thier breakfast. They do not serve breakfast until 8.00am and it has to come from thier main hotel some distance away. We had an early flight to catch and missed breakfast both times we stayed in this apartment. The street outside is dirty as is common in most streets in Chennai. It is especially worse during the rainy season.
Shopping Tip:
Auto rickshaws which are more uncomfortable and a risky ride are more expensive than air conditioned call taxis.

The caretake is very helpful and service oriented and always available.

This is a service apartment. Food is prepared in thier main hotel and delivered. It can be re-heated in the microwave oven in the pantry. The more expensice premium room is smaller than the cheaper executive room. We booked premium but opted for the more spacious executive room.
Shopping Tip:
The apartment is within walking distance to the shopping area. There are no decent looking restaurants nearby.
