This hotel has very nice and helpful staff.This was my second time at this hotel within an eight month period because I found the rooms clean, hot shower was good and lovely breakfast.Great coffee!The rates are very reasonable and the location is excellent, of course.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I return to Chennai.

A bad experience
the location of the hotel was the only thing nice about the place

The entire process from check in to check out was bad. The rooms were dirty and the toilets were unclean and leaking. There was a foul smell emanating in the room. When i got it to the notice of te reception staff they said they wold look into it. I dont know when?
Travel tip:
I would not personally recommend this hotel for any guest

Superb hotel exterior with terrible service
Exterior was nice but staff was rude and not helpful at all.

Hotel was clean and the exterior was nice, rooms were small but clean and well kept. No proper standard and policies in the hotel. I had relatives who wants to visit us at the hotel were not allowed too pay visit but we were told to pay extra to booked another eventhough they jus paid a short visit, we did not stay overnight in the hotel but we wanted to just wash up and clean up before we could continue our journey to Mysore that night itself however we were still forced to take another room. We paid extra deposits in addition to the one extra room but later in the night when we checked out they told us there is no deposits paid, we got so frustrated. This hotel is not an ideal place to stay neither the staff were helpful
Hotel Feature Tip:
Not an ideal place to stay unless you got to catch the train to somewhere as the indian central railway station is located very nearby.

Coffee facility, mini fridge and counter unkept. Ceiling is leaking. Toilets are seldom washed only if we are present. Towels are stained. Pillow covers are oil stains and sheets are so old that they are torn and off color. Staff not trained to serve and are not customer friendly. On the whole not a pleasant stay

Decent place in a great location

the place is very close to the egmore railway station and mount road in chennai. the rooms are decent, but very very small. the place has been built to be more functional than comfortable. the food is very average, they have a cafe coffee day outlet inside the hotel. over all its an ideal place for people travelling for business meetings but not recommended for comfort stays with family.

this was my first visit to chennai and i did not roam around a lot, but overall hotel seemed to be adequately located at a walking distance to the egmore railway station. room size is not very big but still pretty comfortable for a couple.
Restaurant Tip:
Food is not great especially the breakfast spread is limited with only south indian cuisines. Lunch buffet was good.
