Well located with helpful staffs

Breakfast: it is supposed to start at 7 . Not once did it start at 7, during my stay. I made my appointment with my vehicle basing on this time. My driver was punctual but not the breakfast and once I had to forgo my breakfast. It will be great if the management will look into this. One morning there were 3 guest who were down at seven and breakfast was not ready. One of them was very annoyed as he had a medical appointment to keep.

Hotel reception was very helpful in changing my room from 2nd floor to the 1st floor as the 2nd floor internet was not functioning. Their line of breakfast was pretty decent and good for a light morning breakfast.
On the down side, when you make any request, it takes ages for them to get it done! A little tip here - you will have to constantly followup with them after requesting for assistance. I had to keep calling them for about 4 - 5 times before the room was changed and for the satelite tv card to be recharged. - in short, bug them until you get it done.
Also, the rooms were crawling with little cockroaches. After I mentioned to them, the next day they did a thorough pesticide spray, but on the 3rd tday, these little fellas started crawling up - most likely from the bathroom floor grating!
