The hotel was also cleaned regularly and kept clean. 7.7 Due to the budget, we picked a 3-star hotel. The location of R J residency is very good as it is located in T.Nagar, the heart of the shopping district. However, R J residency is located inside a by-lane so it is difficult to locate and the surrounding area is not very posh. When we took a look at the bathroom, it was in a clean condition but the items provided such as shampoo and body foam were kept in such small bottles that it would not even have been enough for a child. The towels had small stains on them and on one day, they had even forgotten to place towels inside! The bathroom having a ventilator is excellent since it is kept refreshed. Hot water also flowed at all times. At the landing of the bathroom, there was no towel or carpet to absorb the water which may seep out so many times we were left with dripping feet which messed up the whole room. We had a problem with the T.V and when we called for service, no one came. We ended up fixing it ourselves! The sheets were made up well. The restaurant also gave good food in large quantities.
