Have stayed a number of times at this property. things are changing for the better. lot of renovation is On. The room service is good now and even prompt and is the house keeping. Nobody can beat the location. Public transport too is available round the clock. Just waiting for renovation to be completed for peaceful ambience.

Its a nice hotel which offers lot of services to its customers. There are lot of amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubs, three restaurants which serve really good food. The location is a plus and is close to various shopping malls. Its just 30 mins drive from Airport(on a traffic free day). I would recommend this hotel for business traveler, solo/ couple.

Room was spacious and with all the amenities, however, the bath room fittings like the shower etc
Are very old and requires immediate replacement. Staff is very cooperative and willing to help.
I had a bad experience when I used their Bamboo bar with one of my guest, they could not provide onions
With the snacks even after reminders, finally we left the place in disgust after 20 minutes of wait.I
Complained to the duty manager who was courteous enough to call me back of having taken up
The matter with their F&B deptt. The food n service in the Resurents are very good.
Over all a good place to stay.

quite far from airport- about 45 minutes but that is normal in chennai. could not stay in room (bathroom not that modern/clean) if not upgraded- so that is a must. power here goes out a lot and i got stuck in elevator for a few minutes as backup comes on. the bar and restaurant options are convenient. overall, good value but can definitely be improved around edges.

the front desk personnel were excellent. the breakfast had a wide selection of wide and catered for our western tastes as well as indian food. the attached restaurants and bar were of good quality and reasonably priced.
the wi-fi system was excellent and communication was good and suited my needs.
Restaurant Tip:
The Bamboo bar provides a 20% discount before 5pm and they serve good nibbles, well worth a visit.
