Breakfast Bufet intensive, with healthy fresh juices and lots of daily variations. The central air conditioning is not fine adjustable, beware of very cold nights. Another room had very weak wifi signal .... but not an over doing air condition. Anyway the technicians immediately came to fix ... You can not have everything in India.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was very pleasant.Checking in and checking out was hassle free. The rooms have all the necessary amenities one requires but the superior room is a bit small.The buffet breakfast was great, with a large spread.Even their buffet dinner was good and value for money. The hotel location is ok but there isn't any convenient stores nearby.The hotel staffs from the counter staffs, bell boys to the restaurant staffs all are great. The checking in/out time is 12.00 pm. When I checked in the first day it was nearly 7.00 pm. When I asked whether I could have a late check out as my flight was at 11.00 pm. The counter staff said that I have to pay an extra night charge. However I checked out at 12.00pm

Beautiful 5 start accommodation at very reasonable
The hotel is very well presented at god location. The food was stunning.

New neat and convenient. They say first impression is the last one. The stay was so pleasant it was real 5 start facilities at a very reasonable price in a large city. Could not find any fault during the entire stay. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was yummy and the restaurants were kept very tidy. I am sure my wife and I will make many more visits to Concord in the coming years.

The hotel on overall was nice but found that everything thing got chraged for e.g., the drinks in the fridge was charged for but was not informed that we weould be charged so had to go and buy our own, the room was not hoovered, found one or two ants crawling aroung. The food is expensive and very small portionf for the price you have to pay and some food was cold, when phoned down for room clearance, we did not get anybody to come and take the plates till the next day so was not very impressed with that. You do not get informed that you will be charged at all so you have to make sure that you check before you touch or do anything that if your going to be charged.

Me and my cousin sister arrived at the hotel late in the evening. We were welcomed with very polite staffs. A very nice hotel with huge lobby. Nice infrastructure. Rooms were excellent. Very impressed with the service. Very conveniently located. Just 5 mins drive to T. nagar and Pondi Bazaar.Would return to this hotel if I go to Chennai again in future. Would also strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

the net was fast, nice clean rooms, nice verity of breakfast. the rooftop restaurent was really amazing and was serving tastey food. the pool and the gym was average, but allother things were good!
layout of the rooms was logical and asthetical. amenities were sufficient for daily use.
