the service from the staffs was exceptional. room was indeed comfortable. breakfast was great. had no problem throughout our 3 nights stay.
suggestions: perhaps its time to change the room floor carpet as the colors are already fading

Enjoyed our stay at the Accord Chenai. Security is super and staff attend promptly to your requests. Our 6 day stay was enjoyable.Good rates for a 5 star hotel.Highly recommended.
Shopping Tip:
Spencer Plaza is not too far from the hotel.Great shops and reasonable prices.Great for money changers a well.

Most of the Sarees shops are within few minutes distance away.

First Class Hotel with Excellent Staff

From the moment we arrived, the staff and hotel were excellent and accommodated our every wish.
The room was excellent and had everything we needed.
The food in the Seasons restaurant is very food.
There are not many restaurants nor shops nearby.
We extended our stay by another 2 nights.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel
Great hotel, rooms nice, great service, pool very small and jacuzzi and sauna not working. Restaurant items say one thing on the menu but deliver something else

The hotel is really nice, great service by the staff.Regarding the hotel, it's nice overall, but then you're paying the price for it. The pool is very small and the jacuzzi and sauna don't work so not much in terms of facilities. The restaurant delivered items to us twice that were different from on the menu, so we've given them that feedback. Still very nice in terms of rooms and very friendly staff.
Shopping Tip:
The EA mall about 20 minutes away is nice, good movie theatre, etc.

my wife and me had a great 2 nights stay and was amazed with the ambience of the hotel and friendly staff.
the rooms were wonderful and very clean.
great place t relax after a long out shopping or visiting places
near to great shopping centres

Top on my list of hotels in Chennai

Stayed here for 2 days and was very pleased with my stay so returned for 4 more nights. Hotel still as excellent the second time round, breakfast had a lot of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and the staff go out of their way to provide excellent service.
This time though, room was not cleaned as thoroughly although it was still clean. Beds are very comfortable.
There is a spa, pool and sauna/steam bath facilities.
I will definitely stay here again!
