Stayed here on the 17th & 18th Feb 2012 and then on the 20th. Once again on the 24th and finally on the 27th and 28th of Feb. Smooth Check ins and check outs. Travel Desk solutions always overpriced. Relied mostly on the efficient Call Taxis for local and outstation trips.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are a breakfast person, don't miss it and include it in your plan.

arriving at this hotel was a great relief from the heat and dust of the busy streets outside. my standard room was not too big but it was comfortable and clean, also it was quiet and pretty well appointed. as a business traveler, i appreciate the attentive staff as well. ordered room service and enjoyed excellent indian cuisine, quite expensive but well worth the taste.
Shopping Tip:
Express avenue mall is just minutes away by taxi, but taxis take a very long time to arrive here, so I stepped out and took the "auto" just like the locals. The drivers charged me more because I'm not local, but that's to be expected when you travel. Still, taking the auto is not for the faint hearted because they could make some pretty risky maneuvers.

Although it was the first time that I was staying at the hotel, I felt relaxed immediately because of the nice welcome I received by a nice young staff member at the desk. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place both in the hall and in my room. One officer knocked at the door for the security check and he did his job without disturbing me in any way. That was great. I left the hotel very early next morning. Every thing was neat and clean in the hall. The staff was welcoming and helped me until my departure.

The guest service was top class. the rooms were looking brand new and clean. The Indian cuisine was awesome. The travel desks, reception and room service makes your stay pleasant.
