Ambiente, Service, Friendliness, Superb View from the Suite, evening boat tour, bikes rental (good bikes)

Ayurveda-massage is a mess - dirty far beyond the hotel standards AND too expensive for the quality !! Food in the restaurant is expensive and less tasty than in restaurants opposite to the hotel. Coffee is below standard; water of the swimming pool needed improvement (was closed after our stay)

Arrival at the hotel was attractive, very friendly reception, a nice introduction to the hotel history, a nice introduction to the room facilities. The view from the suite on the right wing of the building was extroordinary. The interior very pleasant. We liked the tea lounge and its furniture, the "air-conditioning"-system at the ground floor and the warm reception by service people. We recommeded our friends to stay there once the are in Cochin. We could never find such standard in Europe at the same price.

Restaurant Tip : Fish restaurants opposite of the hotel, espcially nice after Kathakali performance
