Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Well-preserved colonial style architecture and\nrelaxing atmosphere in the hotel.
Slightly slow check-in process coz they still use\ncarbon copy. Restaurant is nice but also slow for\npayment stage.
Good place to relax yourself in Cochin, although\nthe location is slighly away from commercial centre. All the employees are attentive and restaurant food are above my expectation. Enjoy good old days of Brit-India here :-)
