Lovely Rooms.
The staff were so helpful and friendly
We stayed only for 1 night, the check-in was smooth the reciptionist was very frindly, our room was nice and lovely... The price for the room was cheap, but the tv only have indian channels no internatinal , hard to see if you don't know their lang... I would recommend this hotel for whom wont to stay for a short time and need a cheap place to stay.

Delightful hotel restaurant, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, elevator, well-stocked mini bar
I would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel in Cochin. The staff at the hotel are wonderfully friendly, the rooms are lovely and the meals at the hotel restaurant are delightful. The hotel is also in the heart of a busy shopping area and within walking distance of the ferry terminal, the gateway to historical Fort Cochin. Overall a very satisfying experience!

The travel desk can be better with booking round trips. We didn't get the car in time and we didn't get an English speaking driver. And the whole round trip in the car was a near death experiences.
