Overall the room was nice compared to most we have seen in India
Our first room was literally full of Mosquitoes
We were biten so much we had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
Hardly any taxi drivers know of the location
Restaurant didnt seem to have anything we chose from the menu, and the room service staff do not understand english well enough to get the order right.
Not bad compared to the Guest houses we have stayed at during our 2 month India trip, but the restaurant staff and room service needs improvment.
For anyone who needs good reliance USB Data card reception, I had great speeds on the 21st floor of this hotel almost 2 kB/s

nice staff, pool and garden, view over the backwaters
far away from Cochin Fort, far away from bus stop (other than mentioned in description)
We were expecting an appartment with kitchen, which was not the case. The rooms were reasonable clean, but the TV didn't work at first. The staff was very helpful, but the airport shuttle expensive. The view over the backwater area was okay. We didn't have a balcony, like many other rooms.
Travel tip : Far away from everything. Best recommendation: Take a autoriksha!
