Excellent hospitality but very difficult access

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 5th Nov but was unable to come there due to some personal issues. I checked up with hotel prop Mr Deepak whether I could be accommodated on the next day. He said "Yes" and that too, without any extra charges. WOW! We reached to the hotel at 8.30pm asking too many people about the location as the hotel is distantly located. Mr Deepak was always available over phone to guide us the route. But, fewwwh, the road to reach the place was horrible and in the dark night, it was muddy and almost not walkable. We had to park our car at a distance and had to walk on feet on muddy & difficult road to reach hotel. It was really disappointing and especially when my old mother was with me. However, the staff was courteous, caring and they did provide driver's room and even breakfast to to the driver free of cost. The rooms are good and have got very good view from room balcony. Overall, we had good stay though would strongly recommend people to keep the "access to the hotel" in mind. If that is not an issue then it is a good place to stay. Special thanks to Mr Deepak for his support and thanks to his staff members for their hospitality

great location but bad rooms

approach to hotel is very rough. our group preffred to go on foot than in suv. steep flight of stairs -almost 5 floor high - our first step into the premium room was horrible. bugs moving arround .walls all wet. other room had big spider. third had light emitting bugs. we ended up using only four rooms out of 5 paid for.
snacks,tea,food was good . served late .but once served is fast done.
geysers not working in two rooms. other rooms geyser capacity very little. suitable only for one person.
electric kettle mentioned on site but not available in the rooms. morning tea comes after a long wait. not before 7.30 am. billing is very errant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
STAY ONLY IN NADI AREA .

Great Location and Good hotel rooms
The view from the hotel rooms specially Room no. 105 & 205.

I along with my family stayed in the hotel for 3 nights & 4 days. Every day the view from my room was different and beautiful than previous days specially the sun rise and sun set. Whole day & night you will hear the slow pacifying sound of splash of water because of nearby water-fall.I found it more than what i paid. Room no. 105 and 205 are the best in the hotel with two sided mountain view.
Regarding negative aspect, the room service is too slow because of lack of efficient & sufficient staffs. The cost of the food was also very high like R.25 a cup of tea, Chapati/Roti @ Rs 12 and so on.But the staff specially Mandeep and Gurdeep ji always kept smile while providing services. In future i will try to visit again at the time of snowfall and will be staying in the same hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
You can take breakfast in the hotel but try to take lunch and dinner outside while you move for sightseeing below the mountain. Atleast you should pack your dinnner from dhabas/local.

In the end of the world on the last place which is possible rich by taxi is located this hotel. Fascinating view from the rooms with balcony and relatively clean house and garden. Really friendly stuff.

Good location for viewing Himalayan mountains. I think this hotel location is one of the best 3 hotels in Mcload Gandhie.
Don't expect the tasty food at the restaurant in the hotel. I understood the tase and quality have been totally downed because I stayed this hotel twice this year and I found the coock was changed to a new person. English communication is very hard as they can't speak English. Also Agoda web site shows "free wi-fi", but it is incorrect. Any internet connection is never available. However, I will stay there again for the amazing spectacle view.

Brand new hotel, amazing view from bed

It is very difficult to reach to this hotel by yourself without hotel stuff guide because the road condition is very bad in the night. However, the view from bed in the room is excellent. Himalayan mountains: about 5000m is just in front of your eyes. it is only 4-5km from the window.
Shampoo is NOT available. I request this hotel to improve them.

Хорошее место для отдыха. Очень неплохое место, но для уединенного отдыха. Приветливый, персонал, но номер был не совсем готов к приему гостей. Два раза включалось электричество и дорога к отелю не освещена. Отель находится на высоком месте. Ночью в октябре немного прохладно и в номере нет калорифера или любого другого обогревателя, а также электрического чайника. Тараканы, отсутствие воды тоже немного омрачили отдых. Когда уезжали, то во всех номерах проводился косметический ремонт, видимо готовились к новому сезону. В целом неплохое впечатление за хороший вид и сносную цену.
