The best features of the hotel are; The immediate and positive response of the staff at reception. Our room was spotlessly clean.
The room service was second to none.
The balcony view was over the pool area.
The menu is very international and I think caters for all tastes.
Bar/restaurant/poolside staff all couldn't do enough for us. I feel I'm picking holes here but,some people rely on internet access wherever they are oruond the world; I did struggle to get connected until I used the balcony area. The tariff was a little slow and expensive. The best features of the hotel are; The immediate and positive response of the staff at reception. We gave our e-mail documentation to reception and we were in our room(the exact one we requested)within 5 minutes,cases included.
Our room was spotlessly clean, everything worked first time;air conditioning,room fans,hot water (instantly),jacuzzi/hot tub,power sockets/ lighting,satelite TV and the rooms are very spacious.
The room service was second to none; in fact,as the balcony view was over the pool area and we could view the entertainment from there, we ate on our balcony every evening then went down to the bar later.The menu is very international and I think caters for all tastes.My wife(who's a very fussy eater) and I agree the food was excellent, the local(Goan)food was particularly supurb. All our orders arrived promptly and were still hot on arrival; anything extra we reqiured was always sorted for us by the room service or housekeeping staff quickly.
Bar/restaurant staff all couldn't do enough for us, even at the poolside; I raise my hand and someone would be there to assist my wife or I with whatever we wanted and wherever we wanted it.
Staff are very informative on the local area and culture.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We (my wife and I) tend to relax around the pool area most days reading and talking to staff about the local areas. we did walk the beach a couple of times and went to a busy nearby area with shops, restuarants etc.
Everybody likes to do their own thing and that thing you'll find in or around this hotel.

Quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. The rooms are excellant Getting to the hotel is on back roads, and its not
in the shopping area. Taxis are expensive. The beach is not a good beach for swimming. The resort was like a 4 star resort. The service was excellent. Food was very good, It was clean, and very upscale rooms, with bathtubs in the more expensive rooms. But the prices are still very good
for any place in India.The beach is in walking distance, but it is not a good beach to swim from. Its a very good place if you want to get away and relax. We willgo back an d recommend it
Hotel Feature Tip : The super deluxe rooms have jacuzzi tubs in them.
