Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

This family-friendly boutique hotel offers a gaming casino and a nearby beach, and it is centrally located just eight kilometers from Panjim. The large, deluxe rooms are interconnected, making it perfect for family vacations. There are plenty of activities for the kids and parents will love the modern casino and the spa where a coconut or herbal oil massage is soothing and invigorating. The attractions of Goa, such as Mormugao Bay, Raj Bhawan's Cabo Chapel, Mandovi River and the church on the main square, are all nearby. Architecture is typically of Portuguese influence
Staff sometimes intrusive. Food lacking European options. Very expensive. Noisy in early hours when Casino closes
After ten days living out of a suitcase, we were all looking forward to unpacking. Sadly the storage was lacking. The Pan-Asia restaurant was very expensive and the Head waiter put pressure on us to order more than we could consume. Pool very small and being in permanent shade, was always cold. Hotel was quite noisy in the early hours especially at weekends, when the Casino closed. It is certainly not a "Resort" by European standards, having no facilities other than spa, casino and tiny pool. It was not on the beach, and access thereto was difficult. I do not consider it to be of 5 star standard
Travel tip : Hotel recommended taxis should be avoided. Taxi stand 20 yards away, for half the price
