We get there in Haridwar our taxi driver cannot find a hotel we were very tired just traveled from Jaipur we need to rest so we end up find and other Hotel. But still Agoda didn't refund our money and the hotel also didn't refund the money.
Agoda promise they wont charge if you miss flight or postponing trip they all humpag blah blah don't trust.
You will lose your money.

Highly Disappointed with this hotel!

This hotel is out of location. 20km from the railway station,
We stayed 1 night at this hotel apparently a "standard AC" when they gave us the room, we were surprised the room was smelly and dirty, The Comfort room was small and dirty at the same time. The AC was just namesake, air was coming, but no where near cold, we complained to the management and they told us the AC was broken, we screamed at them and told them how could they give us a room with a broken AC, wherein we booked and paid for a standard AC room. Not worth the price at all, we will never even look at this place based from our horrible experience with this hotel.

Not a Good Choice , ill managed, far from haridwar
No Proper cleaning, Difficulty in comunication with hotel staff

We had booked two delux rooms for two nights . Beofre reaching hotel we had informed to reception well in advance for our arrival time . When reached they did not offred us the delus room also room was not cleaned and prepared . Bed sheets and toiltes were dirty and replaced later on our request. intercom was not working we had to go down two level to ask for our requirement. lot of mosquitoes and no moisquito mat were provided.it is very far from Haridwar central. room AC were very making heavy noice and we could not sleep .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
from this hotel only patanjali yog peeth of Ramdev Baba is near all other places of haridwar are too far and need to drive more than 20 km
