What I enjoyed most is they gave me a early check-in and late check-out. The staff were very cordial, and helpful whenever I approached them. They gave me free internet wireless connectivity during my stay there. They also upgraded my room to a better, corner one with a better view, a swing, safe, fridge, etc., in it. My 2 children who koined me from Hyderabad stayed with me at no extra cost. I liked all these features and benefits.
a couple of things i found are :
1. room service - clearing of the dishes took many hours inspite of reminding them 4 to 5 times.
2. maintenance of bathing equipments. I had to call for some maintenances.
It was a very good experience for me to stay in the Peppermint hotel. Even my children enjoyed it. I will definitely be statying there during my next visit, which will be in 3 months time.

I had redeemed my Agoda points for this stay, but would not have regretted paying out of my pocket for the same. It is good value for money. It has all the basic facilities one may need (no pool). The place needs some serious renovation in all areas except the room, which was up to the mark. In particular, the bathrooms need renovation. The breakfast was excellent - not the kind of spread you'd expect at a more fancy place, but a good combination of the basics, covering both North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Local public transport (autorickshaws) may be a pain. Try booking a cab for a day's sightseeing. Do not miss Salarjung Museum.
