Alsisar Haveli Hotel Jaipur Info
A refurbished old mansion in the center of the Pink City, the hotel is near the Johari Bazaar, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal.
The rooms take you back to the days when the Thakurs of Alsisar lived here with antique furniture and medieval Rajasthani style-fabrics enhance the Rajasthani look. The hotel is located just outside the old walled city and is an oasis of tranquility from the busy Indian streets. The old mansion surrounded by a beautiful garden with a small, pleasant pool also allows outdoor dining and is a treat in this setting. The indoor dining room serves Indian and western food, has walls decorated with inlaid gold, and is truly magnificent. Reservations at Alsisar Haveli Hotel are simple via our secure online booking form.

Beautiful courtyard, relaxing atmosphere
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The haveli is set back from the road, which provides some retreat from the noise of the surrounding streets. There's a lovely courtyard and the grounds are very well-maintained--a good space in which to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The rooms could use some updating, however--our suite seemed a little worn, and new beds and better lighting and heating would have been nice.
Restaurant Tip : Dinner or a drink at Rambagh palace is a must. The grounds are fantastic and their live entertainment at night makes the journey well worth it.
