Dingy, faded and lack luster. Food area grimy and service poor. The area just outside is a ricshaw parking area so it's impossible to leave without being propersitioned.
Okay it's a budget hotel but does it have to try so hard to be one. Is paint so expensive. Is it a rule that budget hotels should have windows that don't fit. If you have a double bed is it not normal to have double bed sized sheets.
Restaurant Tip : If you walk back to the main road there is a American dinner type restaurant that is clean and has a good selection of food.

Very very cheap ! The services, room, food etc. aren't bad for the cost. Good location
There is no room service at the hotel.
I went to Jaipur a business trip and I usually stay in cheap hotels when on a business trip. I found this inn on Agoda, which is so very cheap. No hotel can give A/C, room heater, LCD, etc. at such a cost. And it is all very clean. You will find a warm family like environment here. Also, the location ain't bad at all.
Shopping Tip : Jaipur is awesome for shopping. Go bargaining everywhere ! Buy handicrafts, hand-made footwear, bangles.
