Silent area, nice gardens, wonderful interiors in main building
Not in center of Jaipur, need tranportation.
The stay in Narain Niwas was really a good break in the sometimes chaotic and stressful sightseeing and traffic situations. No hassling guides or taxi drivers infere in the oasis of silence in Jaipur.
We spent a nice evening in garden restaurant with live music. Here, the food was average and for Jaipur pricewise on the high end. Opposite of hotel entrance is a Western style shopping mall with good prices.
