Unorganised and impolite front office, Very poor room facilities & Toileteries in bad conditions.
Breakfast was not all good,
It was a extremely bad experience. inspite of having internet hotel voucher in hand there was lot of confusion and disturbance as well.Hotel is at very good location but the entire experience was totally non satisfactory.

Clean, close to the city and the markets, rooms nice quality. The service at the front desk and in the breakfast room was good. The pool is not always available and the surroundings around the pool lack attention. There is just the pool(no greenery to make it look nice or deck chairs for seating). This hotel could be improved with some attention to the pool.We were disappointed it was not available at certain times when it was the heat of the day however with a special request it was opened. The service and the staff were good and the location is good. The rooms are comfortable.
I would like to see more heritage features around this hotel, it would make it feel more personal.
