Had to pay an additional day's charge. Should have made it clear based on my checking in that the room rate is till what time and allowed us to make the change to one days's stay. Now we had to pay 2 days rate.

We had a problem getting a room that didn't smell damp. The manager explained they had some some plumbing issues that were being addressed, and the room we finally got was fine.
