Unny S. Families with young children Malaysia, March 06, 2013	Good Hotel for Family Travellers Helpful staffs, huge rooms and playground for kids 7 We stayed in this hotel on our return to Malaysia. Staffs spoke English and were helpful. However the number of bell boys has to be increased in order to provide efficient service to customers.

Groups Singapore, December 27, 2012	good location location is good and breakfast and dinner buffet is good 6.7 the time i travelled was during the christmas and new year period so even the standard room was rather pricey. the room was not value for money and room service could have been better. nevertheless the travel desk was helpful and the hotel provided maps which was very handy for my stay.
