Hotel was indeed a Dream
Luxurious, nice rooftop restaurant serving beautiful BBQ, main restaurant also very good. Friendly staff in all departments. Couldn't fault anything.

A very good hotel, very comfortable, good food and efficient friendly staff. Only criticism is the cost of the car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport, very expensive.

Excellent food, best minestrone soup ever!

First, I must say the staff really tried to do everything to make the stay perfect. I was upgraded x 2 to a deluxe suite. Upon first entering, I was really impressed with the overall ambiance. Unfortunately, once settled in, the furniture was not comfortable. Wifi was fast for Cochin, but a bit expensive. Also, if you have more than one instrument, (computer and tab, or android phone), you have to purchase two separate connections. Food was very good, although too expensive for what you get.

Pleasantly surprize with deco of hotel with the luxory of Blue and white. The rooms were really cozy, super tidy white. All the staff is really supportive and courtious, and the guest aminites are well thought of and provisioned. The mainland chinese restaurant within the premesis was great addition the food was superb. If we happen to return to Kochi we would like to return to the same hotel again!

the staff is very helpful and always happy to assist. very great and quick service. the room was nicely furnished and very clean. At the roof top there is a pretty well sized swimming pool. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to spend time up there due to the monsoon. the hotel is located at a main road with heavy traffic but inside the hotel you can't hear anything of the traffic noise. the location is great to get around Cochin.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Food was devine

The location was perfect. We were able to do our ste seeing and come back to our Devine room. Meals at te hotel were sumptuous especially the restaurant on the roof top . The manager and waitrons where very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were very helpful. I especially enjoyed the lounge as I could put my feet up after all the shopping.great hotel great food great location. The relaxation at the pool was great and we met other guests in a homely atmosphere.
Restaurant Tip:
Prawn and seafood meals were prepared with finess by the chef to our satisfaction. The white wine was also good.
