Couples India, March 24, 2013	good budget hotelexcellent service &friendly staff clean well maintained room,good bathrooms & efficient travel desk 8.3 I booked a standard room they upgraded the room to deluxe.the bathrooms were clean and well equipped only thing i didn't like was the flooring was tiles ,not carpet .the restaurant was very good with kerala traditional food like 'ela sadya'. they have a good travel desk with efficient people for arranging tour packages with large no. of vehicles.there is a museum named the folklore museum it is a must go place for tourists.

Muhaimin O. Groups Singapore, February 11, 2013	Dissapointing low price 3.7 I stayed for 6 hours transit. Hotel was far from main area. When i reached at night, the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa. I woke him up for check in. Room was small. However the price is the only pros.
