Hotel only 10 mins away from Kochi Airport. They arranged a pick up at the airport as well with no extra cost. Friendly staffs with clean room and nice breakfast. Good Choice that we choose this hotel . Recommended!

Best airport hotel weve stayed at. So close to the airport, they have wake up caps and prompt airport transfer. Very friendly staff. The rooms were massive and the restaurant was very impressive.

Overall the rooms were spacious and worked well for the traveling family. Due to the proximity to the airport, we were able to wake up, eat breakfast, and be shuttled to the airport with time to spare. It is literally one minute away. Loved the convenience of it. There were things like the internet and air conditioning that were not working well, but it was luxury in comparison to some of the other hotels we stayed in.
Travel tip:
Be prepared not to have internet even though they say they have it. We used it for 15 minutes and it never came back on. We were there for just under 20 hours.

Good airport location but disappointing as a hotel

We were very disappointed with the Lotus 8 during our one night stay. We found that our bed sheets had tears and stains. It is true that the staff replaced them, but this was only after being reminded. It was late and we wanted to go to bed as we had an early flight the following morning. Still it should not have happened. The service in the restaurant was very slow considering the ratio of staff to customers. The building appears to be modern from the outside but inside there was evidence of water having run down the walls and crumbling plaster. The sofa had many stains. We could not get Wifi in the bedroom - only in the reception area.It looks as though the hotel has lacked maintenance and the staff needed more motivation.

these guys didnt have a room when we reached the hotel, they had given our room to somebody else without asking us by email or phone. finally they arranged us accommodation in a near by hotel of same standard (fortunately). better be careful and confirm to them by phone your arrival time !
