Nice clean rooms. Service could be better

Great location on Sudder St and easy to find. The room was a good size and air con, tv etc worked well. Large bathroom and good power shower. Reception were helpful but could have been more friendly. The safe in the room did not work and despite asking there times they did not fix or replace it. Breakfast was basic but a buffet so plenty availablr.

Very cold to lukewarm service/staff warmth. One gained the impression always that you were putting them out. Perhaps it's the city, but they sure could do with some staff training.

i stayed in bawa walson for 3 nights. the staff was good and the food was even great. i had very good breakfast. the only thing which made me change the hotel was the mattress. it was very bad mattress. i had a back pain after first night.

Nice Hotel but Poor Service

The hotel is a nice one, but service is poor. I booked a standard room for on night, the room was okay. They need to be more cautious about cleanliness and hygiene. The water supply was erratic. Water in the washroom was all black and dirty, moreover water was continuously dripping from the basin making the floor wet. Air conditioning was not up to the mark. The breakfast was okay. There are several good hotels in the vicinity at cheaper rate. Explore before booking.

New Market Shopping area is only 3-5 minutes walk.

the place was clean, quiet and comfortable.
the staff was helpful. hotel is very new and well maintained. the breakfast is a good spread, and quite convenient before a long day of shopping and sightseeing.

this hotel is located at walkable distance from the Indian Musiam and park street. Rooms are good looking and stay was comfortable. noticed that wifi is frequently getting disconnected , enen though it was free.
