Good location near the river - nice view 6.7 gawaling international is probably not the best hotel you may have stayed. rooms are simple and basic, bathroom is quite good. don't expect much about the food. service is quite good. price is too high for what they offer. Solo travelers Japan, August 21, 2012	スタッフはとても親切でした。スタッフが親切　静かな環境　　清潔な部屋 7.7 メインバザールからは徒歩１５分ぐらいかかりますが、静かな環境でのんびりと過ごすことができました。部屋は清潔で掃除も行き届いていました。各部屋にベランダがあり、日当たりが良いので洗濯物を乾かすのには助かりました。湯が使えるのが朝は６時半から９時まで、夜は７時から９時まででした。また、トイレットペーパーの補充もこちらからリクエストしないとしてくれないようでした。夜は時々停電することがあるため、懐中電灯のようなものは必要かと思います。場所がら日本のようなサービスは期待しない方が良いかと思いますが、スタッフは皆とても人なつこく親切だったのが最も印象に残りました。ただし、チェックアウトの際スタッフ１７人分のチップを払うように言われたのは少し驚きました。１７人分の６泊でいくら払うべきなのかわからなかったのですが、５００ルピーを渡したところ、もう５００ルピー払うように言われ、結局１０００ルピー渡しました。滞在中、体調が悪くなったり、いろいろと世話になったので仕方ないのかなと思いました。滞在中、夕刻、駐車場でラダック地方の民族舞踊を見せる催しがありました。夕食はバイキングですが、香辛料が効いたものが多いので、香辛料の強いものが苦手な人は避けたほうがよいかもしれません。 Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: 標高が高いところなので、急に無理をしない方がよいとはいわれたものの、滞在２日目にレーの周辺の王宮、ツェモゴンパ、シャンティストゥーパなどを歩いて回りったところ、その日の深夜から頭痛と発熱、下痢で体調を悪くしてしまい、１日ホテルで休養をとることになってしまいした。無理せずに少しずつ体を慣らしながら行動した方が良いかと思いました。また、疲れているときはカレーなどの香辛料の効いた食べ物は避けたほうが良いかと思います。 Report this review
