We enjoyed the hotel very much. Sahara Ganj Mall and Hazarat Ganj Market area are very close. Breakfast was also great.

Requested airport transfer but didnt show up so we took a cap, requested twin bed room but at first gave us double bed then changed, no safe box in room, only 1 restaurant not open all day, sanitary items such as dental kit provided upon request, on transfer from hotel to airport a car was provided in a poor condition old and scrached body

FOOD POISONING FROM RESTAURANT!

Food poisoning from an extremely overpriced hotel restaurant. Air con worked intermittently. Not good for foreign tourists. We booked a tour with the hotel taxi and the driver didn't have a clue about taking us anywhere. We returned to the hotel completely dissatisfied and we're charged regardless. THIS HOTEL IS OVER PRICED. FIND A BETTER OPTION!
