Nice and pleasant hotel. Morning breakfast is great. Pleasant staffs. Lift lobby is nice
and safe at night as they got metal detectors at the entrance. The rotating restaurant is not in service anymore. Abit of smell in the room but you'll get used to it. Near the beach front and a pizza & pasta restaurant. They got a good vehicle hiring
service, Kozzy car, which is safer than the taxi, air-conditioned and affordable. Overall, it is a affordable hotel for business trip. However, do get a online map and direct the taxi driver, some may not know.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the vehicle hiring service the hotel offers, safer and cheaper than taxi.

right across marine drive and near nariman point and the fort where most shops, businesses and sightseeing are located
like most bombay hotels, features are very old, the bed matress is flat
most hotel rates in Bombay are out of this world. I got an acceptable rate through agoda. The hotel is situated near my clients so its very convenient. Its across marine drive for a leisurely walk along the breakwater. its near gateway of india where you can also catch a boat to Elephanta island which is just a preview of other treasures that India has to offer
Travel tip : Don't get a taxi that's parked beside the road as they negotiate for a fix price. Get a taxi that's driving along as they use the meter.

Very good location. Very clean. Helpful porters and nice staff. Internet wireless very weak signal and not free of charge. This would be the safest hotel to take considering the very expensive rates of the hotels in Mumbai. The location is very nice, right on the main road in front of the see and very safe and many retaurants and shops. However if you do not need to stay downtown and your business will be in a another location choose a hotel near your meetings, because the traffic is horrendous. Also make sure they give you a nice room, because at first they gave me a very small single room and I made a fuss and they gave me a huge single, which was really nice and spacious. Overall it is a safe choice.
