Couples Australia, April 11, 2013	stay at chateau windsor Not a lot really, not bad location 4 Very disappointed with our stay at Chateau windsor, after finally arriving at the hotel that no one had heard of and couldn't find, we were escorted into an old lift to the 5th floor where the reception is located. The reception was a bunch of offices, the staff were unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. The room was a good size but the bed was uncomfortable, the towels and bedding were old and discoloured. The bathroom was in need of a revamp. There is no restaurant so breakfast is served in your room which is extremely basic and little choice available. The only positive is the location next to marine drive and Church gate train station, walking distance to major attractions. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
