Safe location and great facilities!
The rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to the main markets and streets! Good restaurant and pool area, too.

Overall, it was a very good hotel. The staff was polite and helpful when asked. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and restaurant area were extremely good, as well!

this hotel is ideally situated for my requirements.
we patronise it regularly.
our main problem is that saa leaves at 2.35am and only checkout around 7.30pm. the hotel must consider a complementary extension up to 7.30pm. reception staff need to speak politely especially at checkout time. they lack discreption.

Stay was enjoyable. Hotel is well located for shopping in Colaba. Very near Gateway of India- walking distance. Hotel staff very pleasant. Our rooms were upgraded at no extra cost. Menu was good. Rooms were neat and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
well located for sight seeing - Gateway of India, beach, shopping, easy access to transport - via hotel or public.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour le shopping, on peut se rendre facilement à pied dans les rues commerçantes. Vous pouvez également aller à pied visiter la porte de l'inde. En face n’hésiter pas à entrer dans l’hôtel Taj Mahal Palace(très intéressant)Prenez un taxi pour vous emmener voir les différents sites de la ville(laundry man, l'université ect)
