Very disappointing - their was no one to fetch me or leave me at the airport as requested. I had to pay an extra 500 rupees for 5 hours on the 2nd although I requested to leave late.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The staff were like sniffer dogs - hanging around for no reason for a tip for absolutely nothing. Very embarassing.

A delightful older style hotel with extra friendly staff. Don't expect slick modern decor but the room we had was perfect 1930's period with two huge windows, one bay, a dark red marble bath unlimited wifi in the room that worked! A great place to chill out for a while and in Colaba, very close to everything, a couple of streets behind the famous Taj hotel and near the Gateway to India. Breakfasts were very good (at sister hotel next door) with lots of traditional Indian dishes.
