location - right beside colaba causeway and a 2 minute walk from the gateway of india.
very basic, old and a bit rough round the edges
this hotel is in a fantastic lcation, and the staff are very very helpful. they will do anything for you, but be prepared to pay a little more for it. Advertised as a 3 star hotel, but absolutely no where near it, although the price suggests it should be. Its basic, relatively clean, old fashioned, but if thats all you want then why not! a bit pricey, but then so is all hotels in mumbai.
Restaurant Tip : mcdonalds - best air conditioning ever!

If you've been to India on your own (not your company paying a 5 star hotel for you), you may know what I mean when I say that most hotels in India are a total rip off. The value for money is awful in India. If you want to have the same level of comfort and cleanness of a 3 star hotel on the western world, you have to be willing to pay what you'd pay for a 5 star hotel. For the price of a 3 or 4 stars hotel in India, you just get, literally, bad.

Good Location, Kindness of the staff
We have had good confort in our stay in this well located hotel in a quiete tiny street in the earth of colaba.
The personal has been very gently but not insistent in their job.
The standard room was very large and clean, and the roof garden restaurant serves good food at the reasonable price in magical atmosphere of Mumbay skyline.
Definitely we had good time and we shell come back in next journey.
