stayed just like that. nothing to mention great ab
neat, complimentary one way airport transfer, breakfast spread

probably look for a different hotel next time. we can get hotels in better place. staff were ordinary. lobby small, no great atmosphere, very noisy road side, no great outside view, high pollution

This time is disappointing compare to past stay.

I have stay in this hotel many times, the past few times the experience is acceptable. But this time it is really disappointment. Firstly , the internet is slow and sometime not working, the Cable TV is not working for 2 days. The air-con in the room is not working also. It is very hard to contact the staff if you have an issue and need their help, they are not so attentive and not able to response to you quickly. everything has to be wait for at least an hour. The only quick response is housekeeping and in the restuarant.

Great stay, clean and nice, i recomend for people who are i mumbai few days and just want a nice hotel that fullfill ever disire, not central but worth it, if you have the money, do it
