This time is disappointing compare to past stay.

I have stay in this hotel many times, the past few times the experience is acceptable. But this time it is really disappointment. Firstly , the internet is slow and sometime not working, the Cable TV is not working for 2 days. The air-con in the room is not working also. It is very hard to contact the staff if you have an issue and need their help, they are not so attentive and not able to response to you quickly. everything has to be wait for at least an hour. The only quick response is housekeeping and in the restuarant.

A Comfortable & Value for Money Hotel
Room is comfortable with free WIFI, Staffs are friendly. And Breakfast is great.

A bit noisy because teh hotel located at the junction of to main road, and with heavy traffic most of the time.
It is OK if prepared for it.
