Midrange hotel with convenient location near the terminals of Mumbai airport, pickup service provided, breakfast included
Midrange hotel for leisure travelers but price high compared to downtown (Colaba) locations
I have chosen this hotel several times because of its location close to the terminals of Mumbai airport. This ideal from the point of next day onward journey or early morning arrival on an intercontinental flight. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, rooms have windows, linens and towels also clean. The staff is very professional and they have responded to my email inquiries immediately. The hotel provides pickup from and transportation to the terminals. The service is reliable (they have missed only once). The pricing is acceptable to leisure travelers. For the same price, you’ll however get a room of higher standard in Colaba. The price includes typical Indian vegetarian breakfast, served till 10.30 am (!).

The reedeeming feature of the hotel is in the location for a transit passenger, needing to be near the airport
The hotel is in a run down condition.
Rooms are OK for a transit. Front desk people do not have even a smile and are more busy with themselves than attending on the pax. Will not choose to stay there again if given the choice.
