The front desk managers and driver Nelson are really the star of the hotel. They are helpful, friendly and approachable. The rest of the front desk crew really lacks the hospitality knowhow on serving customers and they can be very blur at times too.

Rooms are small but adequate for an overnight stay. The charge of INR1,200 for an international airport pick-up is a bit high..

Excellent Business Hotel near Airports

At first we were dis-appointed that after considerable delay by KENYA AIRWAYS, we reached the Hotel at 6.30am and were informed that our Agoda reservations were not on the hotels computer records, which wasted over 40 minutes.
Finally we were given a room and the manager requested the IBIS reservation team to follow up the matter with Agoda.
The Hotel is reasonably priced,clean and comfortable with good food and most importantly for us is its proximity to both the international and domestic airports.
Travel tip:
IBIS Hotel is gives value for money, is clean and comfortable with good food and most importantly it is close to both the international and domestic airports.

checked in around 9.30pm, headed straight to resturant with young family and was advised by staff that buffet dinner was finished and a la carte available, took the offer and ordered food, while waiting close to forty minutes and as dinner arrived at our table another buffet was being opened. we were not advised of this as we would have waited 45mins for this. felt the waiter lacked the courtesy to advise us our options in detail.
as we were transitting we had three large bags along with three cabin bags called reception for bags to be brought down and got a blunt reply that porters were not available and we had to carry our own baggage down. only after speaking to customer liason officer shana khan that we had assistance to bring the luggage down. felt the hotel to be family unfriendly and the very young staff in reception lacked courtesy and failed in customer service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Not recommended if travelling with young family.
