Dissapointed
Main building was clean but the second building was dirty

My first day was very dissapointed. The reception guy was very rude with us. Room was very dirty and small. But room service and morning breakfast were excellence.

good hotel but unfreindly staff

this hotel we had to pay more than the agoda rate when we arrived and it was equivalent to what we had already paid, and the staff were very unfreindly. However on the plus side the hotel is actually very clean and the rooms though small are good, location is also very good

decent location and close to colaba(approx.) 10 mins by taxi, breakfast is good, unfortunately not too many restaurants in the viscinity. would definetly give it a shot again, nearest hospital is jaslok, cumballa hill

wonderful customer service and clean room
central location, great breakfast, and worth visiting again

Everything about the hotel was positive. I was there during a sad time. My mother passed away a day after I got there. The hotel staff was caring and considerate and went the extra mile in every way. The security staff is also wonderful, incuding the staff at the front desk for checking in and other matters.

Not a nice place at all

the hotel offers hot water only between 6-9 o´clock and 18 - 21 o´clock. electriicity cuts happen daily. the rooms are such that i slept in my sleeping bag. the breakfast is the of poorest quality i ever saw in a hotel.
mind you, this hotel is well considered within kathmandu because of the terrible overall standards. if you want to visit kathmandu better accept this.

Great location, peaceful and wonderful room.
Most easy to reach anywhere in Mumbai.

i had wonderful 2 nights stay at kemps corner, it is in a execellent high class area of mumbai. i had wonderful room on the 2nd floor, very peaceful, neat and very clean. the service is not less then any 5 star hotels anywhere. all the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. breakfast was more then enough- eat as much as you can and staff there too were very helpful and a very good service.
i has always been staying in this hotel since 1995 and have seen the change, still it is one of the best hotels in mumbai.
i will always stay here only when ever i go to mumbai.
only 1 suggestion to the owner; replace old air con & hot water geaser to save electric bill; otherwise it is upto you.
keep it up !
Shopping Tip:
Many big and small shopping centers are near by, high end to small eatry house all are just walking distance. One of the best book store in just street across. And god forbid, there is a heart hospital just near by.

Cute room with very helpful staff.
The rooms were very cute, giving old school atmosphere.

had stayed at another similar hotel nearby kemps corner. that hotel was a bit cheaper but kemps corner hotel was better value for money. free wifi, nice room, friendly staff.
the location is in central mumbai which is very local but a bit far from business district and upper class restaurants and bars.

Petite chambre dans un lieu bien situé

J'étais content de rester deux nuits dans ce "beau" quartier de Bombay dans un hotel confortable, le petit déjeuner buffet était compris contrairement à ce qu'indiquait, le service s'est révélé d'abord un peu court... mais j'ai trouvé un personnel plutot attentif
