Business travelers India, April 17, 2013	Fairly priced, poor service staff Economically priced, easily located, comfortable room 5.3 The hotel's receptionist I first met upon check in was a chirpy and well-mannered gentleman who guided me to the facilities well and made for a delightful conversation. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. I had to call room service 3 times and after waiting 45 minutes for anyone to turn up I went down to the reception really frustrated to give them a piece of my mind. The answer I got from them was that the staff were mostly new to the role. I couldn't wait to leave the place. The room in itself wasn't too shabby and if you're not going to rely on room-service, you could give this hotel a go.

Couples India, February 14, 2013	Good location but poor service Things I liked and needs improvements 5 Good thing is rooms are not congested and its very close to railway station and road transport is also easily available. Rooms of the hotel are spacious but not well maintained. Linen were not washed, bathroom was leaking, no tissues, delayed room services, no hot water for evening shower, no tea availability at late hours etc. were few things to say about house keeping. Hotel Feature Tip: If you have business tours and don't have to stay longer in the hotel can think of staying in this hotel.
