Friendly staff, clean accommodations and cheap for Navi Mumbai.
Location very difficult to find, no long distance calling options from the rooms, and costly transportation to mumbai.
Hotel pooja heritage is a real deal for those who must be situated in navi mumbai. More of a guest house than a real hotel, it has a couple of good things going for it: 1. Clean and spacious rooms (take the deluxe option for about 10 bucks more); 2. Really friendly staff; 3. Easy transportation options at the doorstep (autos and taxis). However the hotel is still not a good choice for those who will be spending their time in south Mumbai (1 to 1.5 hrs by train or taxi) or other parts of the city given the distance and cost (about INR400/USD10/per trip). I ad to visit some sick realtives in navi Mumbai so it was perfect, but otherwise it would have been too far from the city proper. NOTE ON THE LOCATION: The address is very difficult to find. here's my advise -- ask for SECTOR 1 in NERUL and pass the DY PATIL Medical College rotunda. Take the first right and then an immediate left.
